Color Transition Carpet Weaving Technology:

- Balayage dyeing, also from the French meaning “To Paint,” is a popular hair coloring trend inspired by artistic brushwork. Bright and dark shades blend naturally, overlapping to create smooth color gradients, giving the product a harmonious and impressive color transition.
 

- Dyed polyester fibers are programmed to be woven onto the PP plastic base in designs that transition from dark to light in an Ombre style or with natural Balayage-like color gradients — resembling a painted artwork.
 

- A hot pressing process is then applied to coat the PP plastic base with a layer of non-slip TPR, forming a soft yet durable carpet roll. This construction allows the mat to be machine washed without damaging the non-slip backing or surface texture.
